Our engineered graphic solution is patented. We have the only known material that will adhere to rubber and stay. Our custom rubber flooring logos have been in place on platforms and rubber flooring for over six years now, proving their durability and performance. We have provided custom rubber flooring logos for several D1 schools, professional sports teams, and thousands of high schools, commercial fitness facilities, and other clients.

Our logo solutions are comprised of three parts: a special adhesive that ensures adherence to rubber, a super base that provides a vibrant background for our customers’ artwork to look its best, and a protective coating that is Rhino Tough. This coating ensures logos remain visually stunning and are protected from daily wear and tear, as well as UV damage. Cost factors are significant, often 25% to 50% lower than the average cost of “water jet” logos, depending on size and complexity.

A proprietary blend of polycarbonate, vinyl and special adhesives to create an extremely durable combination of both bonding and wearability, which positions our products outside of normal/traditional graphic material. Total product thickness – 9-mil. Product exceeds industry standards for slip resistance, when tested according to ASTM D2047. With a UV protectant to guard against color loss with sunlight exposure.

What are the challenges?

There are several challenges to adding logos and floor graphics to both performance rubber flooring and vinyl flooring. To share a few: Cost, Inconsistent or incorrect colors, Complex logo design matching, Installation of complex logos.

Our logos are engineered graphics, that are specially designed to adhere and to be applied to rubber weightlifting platforms, rubber flooring, wood, vinyl and concrete. The application process is simple and most people can self install these. It takes from 10 to 15 minutes per 2′ x 2′ or 3′ x 3′ logo for installation. The operator will simply locate where the logo will be applied, clean the surface where the logo will be applied, peel the protective backing off of the logo and place it on the floor or platform. Then roll the logo to remove any space or gaps beneath the graphic and floor surface, apply medium heat from a heat gun and roll the logo again. Logos and graphics are ready for use immediately after heating and rolling.

Typically paint is the only way to apply a logo to vinyl flooring. Complex artwork is simple and not a challenge with our engineered graphics. Special colors and Pantone codes are easy to achieve.

We do have some standardized sizes that fit many needs, although we have virtually any custom size.A few of our standardized sizes are: 2′ x 2′, 2′ x 3′, 3′ x 3′, 48′ x 48′, 52′ x 72′ We have logos installed that are over 400 sq/ft in size.You may order one or several logos, we do not have a minimum quantity.
